Discover the Debate and Democracy programs designed to cultivate critical thinking, articulate expression, and civic engagement among high school students across the nation. We provide a competitive and unique platform, free of charge, where young minds can flourish, challenge assumptions, and develop the skills to become informed, independent thinkers.

Session 1: Challenge & Change
This VIRTUAL session runs from March to April (exact dates not yet finalized)
Engage in a variety of activities with like minded peers, including but not limited to:
- Bill analysis and creation
- Insightful news updates
- Bipartisan and lively debates
- Lessons in speech tactics and winning over an audience
- Networking opportunities
- Group meetings with guest speakers
Deadline to apply: February 1st

Session 2: Voice & Vision
This IN PERSON session runs from June to July (exact dates not yet finalized)
Engage in a variety of activities with like minded peers, including but not limited to:
- Bill analysis and creation
- Insightful news updates
- Bipartisan and lively debates
- Lessons in speech tactics and winning over an audience
- Networking opportunities
- Direct engagement with guest speakers
- Capstone debate connecting participants from all locations
In-person locations will all be located within
Los Angeles, California.
